Cozy apartment with terrace inside a new Residence with swimming pool, surrounded by nature, in Lonato del Garda.
This modern apartment, located on the second floor and reachable on foot, opens onto a bright living room enriched by wooden beams and furnished with a single sofa bed, a dining table with chairs and an American kitchen with induction hob, well equipped and complete with a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a juicer, an American coffee machine and a toaster.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, each with a closet, flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom with shower; the first has a queen size bed while the second has two single beds. From the two bedrooms through a French window guests can access the large terrace (accessible also from the living room) shared with the adjacent apartment, from which guests can enjoy a wonderful lake view and pool view.
Comforts such as free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating with a heat pump are available to guests.
Externally, the property also enjoys a large shared terrace on the ground floor with spectacular views of lake Garda where guests can relax on the deckchairs and enjoy the Mediterranean beauty.
*At guests' disposal there is an outdoor private parking place inside the residential complex.
The swimming pool can be used from the 1st of May to the 30th of September with the following times: 9.00 - 12.00 and 15.00 - 19.00. The use of a swimming cap is required.

The ancient village of Lonato develops around the Rocca castle, and boasts a very complex historical past. The old town is worth a visit thanks also to the presence of its two castles: La Rocca, behind the town, and the Castello di Drugolo. The Cathedral of Lonato, dedicated to St. John the Baptist, is characterized by a large dome and a beautiful marble facade. Lonato also offers a small beach that local citizens call "Lido di Lonato", with bars and restaurants, pedal boats and canoes for hire. If the weather allows, tourists will be welcomed into the La Quiete Water Park, where fun will be guaranteed by the attractions and relaxation by the spas. The city of Lonato hosts in the Castle an exhibition about flowers and the famous Agricultural Fair which every year attracts tourists from all over the world.
