Description
The palace is located in a beautiful three-storey building with separate entrance. Wide staircases lead to two separate apartments, both with rooms overlooking a venetian Square called Marina and both havig they're living rooms with a canal view , striking the gondolas that can be seen through the large windows.
San Marco Balcony and Canal View: large and elegant, covers an area of about 110 square meters, the apartment of recent restoration has kept the beautiful marble, wooden floor it has been elegantly refurbished and there has been added all comforts we are used to ( wi fi, TV in every room, air conditioning ...) . The apartment is divided into two areas with entry into the living room where we find a bathroom, a large kitchen and a grand living room with crystal table, frescoes and a comfortable sofa. All of that overlooking the canal. In the sleeping area there are two bedrooms and a fabulous marble bathroom with bathtub and shower. The two bedrooms are both large sizes, with high ceilings and large windows leading to a balcony overlooking a venetian squeare called Marina . One room consists of a soft leather bed, large wardrobe, TV . The second one adjacent to the first with double bed, wardrobe and TV .
The palace is nicely situated in Square Marina, right in the heart of the city, a strategic point from which are easly reachable all main places of interest in Venice . From here in fact there depart a lot of venetian streets leading to Rialto and its spectacular bridge which is only a few minutes walk away, Santo Stefano and Sqare Manin that lead respectively to the bridge of Academy and the San Marco area, with plenty of Churches and monuments of historical , cultural and artistic interest.
