Description
Villa with a furnished garden and swimming pool in the heart of the countryside of Ostuni.
Through a gravel road guests will reach Villa La Rondine which, surrounded by a furnished garden, develops over two levels, each with its own private entrance.
The entrance on the upper level is preceded by a balcony with an outdoor dining area, and opens to a bright open space living room colored in white, coming with a fireplace, sofas, a dining table and TV. In this room there is also an open plan kitchen, well-equipped and fitted also with an oven and a dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with a queen size bed, next to a full bathroom with shower.
Free wifi, air conditioning and heating with a heat pump will be available in the villa.
*Please be aware we do not allow group of people younger than 25 years old.
A garden with a furnished patio completes the villa, in addition to a barbecue area with sink and, last but not least, a swimming pool with a solarium where to relax and sunbathe.

The pearl of Valle d’Itria, Ostuni, is known as the White city. Its historic centre, of a dazzling and immense white, shows its best with the famous Cathedral that dominates the olive trees plain, the park of the coastal dunes and a crystal clear sea. The narrow alleys are very particular, as well as Piazza della Libertà and S. Oronzo column, that majestically protects the city.
Our guests can easily discover the amazing places of our land from here: Ceglie Messapica, historic town with a strong food and wine tradition; Cisternino, known as one of the most beautiful village in Italy; Alberobello, famous for its ancient dwellings “trulli”, world heritage since 1996. 30 kms north there is the archaeological park of Egnazia, Polignano a Mare and Monopoli, old fishermen villages with evocative old towns and enchanting beaches. Going further north, guests will find Bari, Eastern threshold, meanwhile going south there is the Marine protected area of Torre Guaceto, then Brindisi and further Lecce, capital of Barocco.
Taranto, the heart of Magna Grecia (ancient Greece) is west of Ostuni, and then Matera, particularly known for its “Sassi” and nominated European capital of culture for 2019.
Brindisi (40 minutes) and Bari (80 minutes) are the closest airports to Ostuni.
