Brand new apartment with balcony located on the fourth floor of a building in the center of Syracuse, a stone's throw from the train station.
It is a 22 sqm apartment tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts (Wi-fi, TV, air conditioning), which can comfortably accommodate 2 people.
It consists of a living / sleeping area featuring a kitchenette, a table with stools and a double bed. The house also comes with a balcony.
A modern bathroom with shower stall completes the apartment.
It is the perfect all-season accommodation, since it features both air conditioning and heat pump, making the room fresh and airy during summer, and warm in winter.
*The balcony is shared with the next-door apartment.
