1- All our employees (check in staff , maintenance staff ) are required to show BestVeniceApartments’s badge .
To confirm the reservation we require a prepayment of the total cost of the stay.
We accept payment via CREDIT CARD- PAYPAL- BANK TRANSFER
The guest can cancel free of charge until 15 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

THE CHECK IN AND THE DELIVERY OF THE KEYS TAKE PLACE AT OUR RECEPTION WHICH IS LOCATED AT SANTA CROCE 515 (VENICE PIAZZALE ROMA). AT ARRIVAL, WE WILL PROVIDE THE GUEST WITH ALL THE INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS TO GET TO THE PROPERTY RESERVED.
1- Please communicate your expected arrival time at least 10 days before arrival.
2- Check-ins start at 3PM and they are free and guaranteed till 11:00PM
3- Check in on line is possible after 11 PM, this service is on request and must be confirmed by our staff
5- At check in all guests must sign a document and must leave the credit card details as guarantee: with this agreement they authorize the withdraw by credit card in case of any damage to the property , they take note of the Property Regulation and agree to respect all the rules of the house .
6- At check in guests MUST pay the city tax , which is a mandatory municipal tax that requires the payment of a variable amount based on apartment and/or seasonality.
Check out :
1- Check out must be done within and not after 10AM
2- In case the guest does not respect check out time it will be our responsibility to contact the guest and following to guests behavior My Ovatta will reserve the right to charge an additional fee equal to the price of one night . My Ovatta also reserves the right to (in case we need to clean the apartment in order to have it ready for the next arrival ) insert in suitcases all clothing and personal effects of each guests and to deposit all in an established place
3- At check out the Customer must bring the keys back to the reception located at Santa Croce 515 , otherwise the Customer shall return the missing key at his/her own expense . If keys are missing after the guest’s check out and the guest does not send them to us a cost of 50,00€ will be charged to the guest for the duplication of the key .
1) Luggage must be picked from 08.30AM and before 10:30PM, otherwise they will have to be picked up only the following day.
2) My Ovatta Srl does not take on the responsibility for damage of fragile and perishable items carried by the guests..
3) All luggage must be carefully sealed and labeled. My Ovatta Srl does not take on the responsibility for any loss, damage and theft
4) My Ovatta srl does not take on the responsibility for any loss or damage to guests’ luggage or objects in custody
1- Every request for extra laundry services or for an additional bed linen is on request and have a surcharge .
2- For your smaller children we can offer a baby cot complete of sheets and blanket at the cost of 10,00€ . We only need you to require it writing us at the moment in which you’re booking the apartment or at least 2 days before arrival .
3- In respect of the neighborhood we require to all our guests to respect condominium’s times applicable all around Venice : please do not disturb from 9pm to 8am and from 1pm to 4pm . In case those hours are not respected and as a result of complains from the neighborhood or other guests , penalties are up to 500,00€ . Those hours must be respected in all adjacent spaces or of relevance of the apartment (gardens , terraces , balconies , common areas , stairs etc…)
4_ All guests arriving in Venice must be registered at the police and the number of guests must respect the exact capacity of the apartment : in case that the costumer for his/her own initiative hosts friends and /or relatives without giving any communication to the structure the company My Ovatta srl will not be responsible for any penalties charged to the guests .
5_ Being that all around Venice there are specific rules for the disposal of waste , Customers are required to respect those regulations that will be delivered to the customer upon arrival.
6_ Any sanction that My Ovatta srl should receive for the improper behavior of the Costumer during his/her stay in our apartment will be charged to the Customer .
7_ In case of no show the Customer will be charged the full amount of the reservation .
8_ Within 12 hours from check in , the Customer is required to notify My Ovatta srl any defects in the equipment supplied , any breakages or damage found in the apartment , any malfunctions installations or appliances and anything that the guest thinks is not appropriate to what he/she booked . Such notice must be sent in a written form to our maintenance assistance (information for this assistance are present in the internal of the documents that the check in assistant will give you during the check in )
9_ Booking our apartment the guest accepts the house’s rules and declares to have note and approved what indicated in above house’s rules
